We booked Jon for our wedding photography in 2019 after finding his work on Bridebook - we were immediately struck by his style of photography, so beautiful it looks like art - and met him to discuss our plans. As soon as we met Jon we felt at ease and also that he fully understood what we were looking for. We booked Jon for our wedding in October 2020, before postponing to September 2021. In what was a stressful and upsetting time for many couples during pandemic postponements, and I imagine very much for Jon also with his line of work disappearing overnight, he was so kind and flexible and carried our booking over to our new date with ease and real understanding. Photographers in particular are actually a huge part of your day, capturing every moment from getting ready to your evening reception, so it’s really important to have a rapport. Jon was great to work with, always replying so quickly at any time of day, despite working every hour to fit in two years of weddings into one! On the day he was so helpful in allaying any nerves and even took the labels off my shoes! His photography is truly beautiful and we will cherish them forever. The perfect mix of posed shots and natural unedited moments, we couldn’t have dreamed of better. He is a true artist and the way he works with light and architecture is just inspired.
