Jon captured our wedding in June, and we honestly can’t recommend him enough. I found Jon on instagram; his photography style was exactly what I had in mind for our day. At our pre wedding meetings Jon listened and made notes of every detail, explained how he works and showed us his stunning portfolio. We were given lots of options for photo books etc however the information wasn’t overwhelming as he explained each option very well and there was never any pressure to choose. From the minute Jon arrived on the day he made us feel at ease; Jon is professional and polite as well as warm and reassuring. Jon helped with the general wedding day prep like helping me move things about and arranging times for parts of the day, he offered to help with anything & nothing was too much. Jon was unobtrusive - a lot of the time we barely knew he was there, at these times he was capturing shots from angles we didn’t see ourselves which have become some of our favourite photos. When guiding us and guests through photos he was clear and friendly, giving great direction and paying attention to the smallest details. So many of our guests commented on how lovely Jon is and a couple asked for his details. Our photos came back earlier than expected and are beautiful, we’ve had so many compliments re how stunning they are, they really will be treasured forever.
